Jeff Martin founded the first Smallcakes in July 2009 in Overland Park, KS, offering 18 different made-from-scratch flavors daily as well as special-edition seasonal flavors. Smallcakes believes in its slogan of “Maybe a Cupcake Will Help?” and regularly rewards customers for their cupcake loyalty.
